Richard Todd Class earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from New York Institute of technology in the late 80’s, including studying at the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture/Taliesin West. After interning and working post-graduation for more than six years at a major international architecture firm in New York, he started an IT firm specializing in supporting the AEC community, became a Certified Autodesk instructor, and later formed a partnership with JG Architects. After many years of teaching at NYSID where he was also director of academic computing, Todd was appointed assistant dean with responsibility for academic technology course content and teaching strategies, including oversight of the creation of NYSID's online courses and undergraduate degree programs, and more recently, oversight of the Institute for Continuing and Professional Studies.
