Try eating seafood a lot more than meats because they contain a much smaller amount of saturated fat. Having fish twice a week can dramatically reduce the amount of fat that your body intakes and you would start to see a difference in the amount of weight you are losing.
Gradually increase the amount of exercise you perform on a daily basis. You will continue to lose weight if you keep your body guessing. If you are doing 30 minutes of exercise a day, increase it to 35 or 40 minutes. If you are doing mostly aerobic exercises, start lifting weights.
If you are looking to lose weight, then look to your fork. If you eat only what you can fit on a fork, then this limits how much you can eat in one mouthful. Your stomach will then feel full quicker, stopping you from overeating. This also keeps you from wasting food, and could lower your weekly food bill.
Keep yourself from feeling hungry by eating small meals or healthy snacks every few hours. Most people who try skipping meals to lose weight find that it backfires. What happens is that they simply eat more at the meals they do eat, making their daily caloric intake the same or higher than it otherwise would be.
If you are trying to lose weight, make sure that you swim as often as possible when the weather is nice outside. Swimming helps to work out every muscle in your body so that you can build muscle and reduce fat internally. Also, swimming can be a very fun activity that is refreshing and relaxing, reducing your level of stress.
