It seems as though there would be an instability in between the shock springs
Depending on their absorption capacity, I would recommend 4 or 5 shock absorbers in order to better distribute the weight
Also having the rim itself made of a pliable material than mild steel or aluminum
Then you would essentially just be left with a ribbed surface rubber O-ring.
No more flat tires ;)
