Introduction to electrical circuit design

Electrical design encompasses a broad variety of electrical and controls applications and a number of different documentation styles that can be used for them. Add to this internationally recognized standards for this documentation and you need to have an industry focused, flexible tool, and the knowledge of how to use it. In this project we will touch on several different approaches to creating electrical schematics for single and three phase alternating current (AC) as well as Direct current (DC) applications. You will also get an introduction to using schematic information to select the physical footprints of components for defining a control panel layout to make sure your control panel can accommodate the components needed.

Go further into 3D and electromechanical design

Electrical and electronic components can be found in every product. This project gives you a foundation that can applied in other projects requiring electrical or electronic components, control systems and others.
